Returns & Exchanges

At Jack Black, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account dashboard and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the return authorization form.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
